Altogether there are six staterooms that can accommodate up to twelve guests comfortably. There are three crew quarters fwd, each with two single bunks one over the other that can accommodate up to six. This vessel is very comfortable & comes with all the amenities one would hope for. The vessel is currently being used for family gatherings & leisure entertainment. The sellers also just returned from a few weeks holiday in the Bahamas. She is currently docked at her home port..The 250hp engines are very fuel efficient. The fuel consumption is approx. 14 miles per gallon with both engines running at cruise speed using one generator. The two hydraulic davits on the top deck have just been serviced. Parts were changed as needed. All new hydraulic lines were installed 1.11.2015.
Bottom was just painted Nov/Dec 2014, all new zincs, what ever was needed to be done was done. Seller has all records.
Recently hauled for an insurance survey, October 2014.
Seller has been going through all of the systems & updating findings.
The bottom was sounded, inspected, & found to be sound at the survey. The propellers were dialed & found to turn true. All the underwater appendages showed no excessive signs or deterioration due to galvanic or electrolytic corrosion. There were no major scars or gouges.
The hull sides were also inspected while hauled out & appeared to be sound. The decks & superstructure were inspected & found to be sound.
