Extremely well maintained inside and out, When I went to take the Photos I was Impressed with just how beautiful and comfortable she was inside and felt much large and roomy than 30', The Forward Vee berth and the aft berth under the cockpit both have very thick and comfortable mattresses, and she is a great live aboard.
The Yanmar 2 cylinder diesel engine is not running and needs further repairs of still unknown issues of low compression , possible head gasket or ring job on one cylinder. It has been serviced with new injectors, oil change, Fuel pump replaced, water pumps to date . the problem is that the owner lives out of the country and can't supervise repairs. He is willing to except a offer for a new owner to deal with the issue.
