38' Forward Seating This Jupiter 38' big sister to the well-known Jupiter 31' is a completely new design conceived by the Jupiter staff and designed with the assistance of renown naval architects of Donald Blount and Associates. The Jupiter 38' has been developed to satisfy boaters who require a larger vessel which incorporates the performance features and comforts of the 31'.The Eurostyle motor well is designed to accommodate either twin or triple outboard installations. A 53 gallon livewell is located in the standard prep center giving anglers more fishing room in the cockpit. The transom is designed to accommodate a unique fold-out optional stern seat. There are seven insulated deck compartments: two 104 gallon macerated fish boxes two six foot storage boxes one 14 cubic foot compartment forward of the console and two large overboard draining lockable rod storage boxes under the forward seating area.All hatches are gasketed and dogged. Port and starboard side lockers offer planned storage for life jackets and safety gear. The bow area designed for optional concealed windlass and spare anchor storage.The Jupiter 38' is stylish yet rugged. The wide beam centerline fuel tanks and ample freeboard aft make this an extremely stable and comfortable boat. Jupiters dependable out of this world performance is standard.
Remarks
This 38 Jupiter represents the finest in center console construction. Originally purchased in 2005 and repowered in July2011 with twin 2009 Yamaha F350 Four Stroke Outboards the boatincorporates the highest quality electronics and the latest in electrical and lighting technology.In 2008 the electronics were replaced with the top of the line brands including Northstar Furuno Icom and Simrad/Robinson.Then in 2010/2011 the boat underwent a complete makeover including new Awlgrip paint LED lighting JL marine audio system isinglass and covers.The traditional analog engine harnesses and gauges were upgraded with a brand new Yamaha Digital Bus System and Yamaha Command Link square gauges. The standard binnacle control was also upgraded to a Yamaha Command Link Electronic Control System.

Refits & Updates
2008 The electronics were upgraded including installation of the Northstar 6100i Chartplotter Furuno FCF-585 Digital Fishfinder Airmar Bronze Thru-Hull Transducer Simrad AP26 Autopilot& the iCom IC-M504 VHF. 2010/2011 The hull sides were sanded & all scratches/blemishes were repaired. The hull sides& boot stripe were then repainted with Awlgrip paint& the Jupiter emblems/stickers were replaced. The entire inside of the boat was compounded & waxed several times to renew the factory finish. An extensive amount of updating was done to the boats electrical systems canvas & stereo.
